POSITION CRITERIA
Responsibilities:-
- To curate and write effective content for internal & external stakeholders - newsletters, articles, scripts, press releases, brochures, corporate materials, and others
- To work closely with the Sales & Marketing team in communication materials that could be repurposed for PR & Communication use.
- To ensure the brand voice is consistent in all communication materials.
- To assist in the update and maintenance of company's website.
- To support the team in media relations for various media (print, online, broadcast etc) to reach a wider and targeted audience.
- To support the team in relationship with PR/Media agencies in content planning and publishing.
- To assist the team and company in preparations of major events e.g. MOU signing ceremonies, new service / product launches, VIP visits or tours.
- To coordinate events which includes photography, preparation of souvenirs and communication materials.
- To assist the team in the collaborations with relevant stakeholders within Group and subsidiaries.
- Any other duties that may assigned from superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Corporate Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Advertising / Media, Marketing, Social Media Management or related studies.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in communication related role.
- Possess outgoing personality with good written & verbal communication skills.
- It will be a great advantage if you have either good relations with media, hands on with ad-hoc events and CSR or familiar with annual report production.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
