Executive – Corporate Communications (Location: HQ, Kajang)

POSITION CRITERIA

Responsibilities:-

  • To curate and write effective content for internal & external stakeholders - newsletters, articles, scripts, press releases, brochures, corporate materials, and others
  • To work closely with the Sales & Marketing team in communication materials that could be repurposed for PR & Communication use.
  • To ensure the brand voice is consistent in all communication materials.
  • To assist in the update and maintenance of company's website.
  • To support the team in media relations for various media (print, online, broadcast etc) to reach a wider and targeted audience.
  • To support the team in relationship with PR/Media agencies in content planning and publishing.
  • To assist the team and company in preparations of major events e.g. MOU signing ceremonies, new service / product launches, VIP visits or tours.
  • To coordinate events which includes photography, preparation of souvenirs and communication materials.
  • To assist the team in the collaborations with relevant stakeholders within Group and subsidiaries.
  • Any other duties that may assigned from superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Corporate Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Advertising / Media, Marketing, Social Media Management or related studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in communication related role.
  • Possess outgoing personality with good written & verbal communication skills.
  • It will be a great advantage if you have either good relations with media, hands on with ad-hoc events and CSR or familiar with annual report production.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
