Since 1996, this division represents one of the Group’s growth contributors that maintain an average annual rental yield of 5% from managing various commercial properties located in Kajang and across the Klang Valley that are designed and built to elevate quality of life for the greater community.

Mainly contributed by our two shopping complexes located in the Kajang town centre, Plaza Metro Kajang and Metro Point Complex offer an extensive range of leisure and eatery conveniences to over 100,000 households in the Kajang community, with a total net lettable area of 430,000 sq. ft. and a relatively good tenant occupancy rate of more than 90% every year.

Besides retail outlets, shop-offices, parking spaces and a 6-storey hotel, we also own land and factory buildings in China which are currently used for furniture manufacturing. Other properties include commercial lands in Kajang and Semenyih that are leased to hypermarkets, fast food restaurants and Rafflesia International School.
