Responsibilities:-

• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Accrual and journal entries posting.
• Posting invoice audit listing.
• Check AR, AP and GST coding.
• All external reporting ie.Borang 7F, notice of claim submission of AFS to MOH, purchasers’ listing.
• Export setting for front end system.
• Create allocation code by phases.
• Prepare annual budget
• Prepare CP204/CP204A tax estimate.
• Draft annual financial statements for audit.
• Highlight unusual and long outstanding items and issues (incl. AR & AP).
• PPE register, inventory costing.
• Inter-co balances/transactions reconciliation.
• Prepare audit confirmation for AP.
• Liaise with Tax division for filing (including Landowners).
• Management account filing.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 6 years working experience in managing accounts in property developer would have great advantage.
• Able to interact effectively with all level of personnel and to work independently.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good analytical skills.
