Responsibilities:-

• Manage the maintenance of properties (by appoints Asset Management Agent) under the care of Developer prior handover to JMB.
• Monitor the correspondence received from purchasers and ensure the relevant person in charge reply within 48 hours.
• Arrange for 1st AGM and attend to JMB meetings.
• Post mortem of the Development - 6 month upon HOVP.
• Arrange and coordinate the formation of 1st AGM for Management Corporation (MC).
• Comment and recommendation on design / technical requirements in new developments' concerning matter related to Asset management operation and maintenance.
• To assist in doing any other ad-hoc assignments from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Property Management / Real Estate Management / Construction Management / Building Surveying or related discipline.
• At least 3 years working experience in a property management company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective team player and meticulous.
