POSITION CRITERIA
Responsibilities:-
- Request and update tenderers’ company details and information, prepare summary and organize tender committee for the pre-qualification exercise and prepare pre-qualification approval form and minutes for approval.
- Check through tender documents prepared by consultant and comment accordingly.
- Prepare pre-tender estimate before tender closed.
- During tender stage, prepare tender report and arrange for tender interview. Record and prepare tender interview.
- Prepare tender addendum if any.
- Prepare final tender submission documents and arrange for award confirmation.
- Prepare Letter of Award, award memo and tender committee meeting minutes for management approval.
- Attending Consultant Client Meeting (CCM) for pre-contract stage discussion.
- Prepare costing and advise Project Development Department (PD) for feasibility study exercise.
- Prepare and update project tender schedule, project budget and award schedule for monitoring purposes.
- Prepare yearly cashflow for project handled.
- Prepare Project Estimate/Cost Plan.
- Participate in Value Engineering Exercise.
- Attend site valuation, prepare progress claims and update progress payment history.
- Verify consultant’s recommendation for progress claims and variation order.
- Prepare variation order if any.
- Prepare project financial report.
- Attend site meeting based on site request basic.
- Prepare final account.

Requirements:-
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- At least 6 years working experience in a consulting or contracting firm preferably Quantity Surveying in a Property Development company.
- Familiar with the entire pre and post contract administration flow.
- Highly motivated, independent and able to work within tight datelines.
