Responsibilities:-

• To plan, monitor, appraise and review job marketing strategies to achieve desired objectives and target by the Management;
• To identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements, defining market, forecasting projected business and establishing target market share;
• To improve product marketability by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities;
• To liaise with advertising agencies and consultants on development of marketing materials and to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, cost and deadlines;
• To ensure daily operation activities in the sales gallery is running smoothly;
• To apply end finance facilities application with various bank and monitor the status;
• To apply and renew Developer License and Advertisement Permit by using HIMS system;
• To plan, organize and implement marketing event;
• To manage MKH webpage, Facebook and Instagram on related marketing activities and product.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the property Sales & Marketing or in similar capacity.
• A good presenter to group and corporate purchasers.
• A good team player and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Proactive, mature and positive personality.
