Manager – Sales Consultant (Contract for 2 years) (Location: HQ, Kajang)

POSITION CRITERIA

Responsibilities:-

  • To lead and manage a team of Sales Consultant to achieve sales target set by the Management;
  • To plan and execute strategies and constantly coach and guide Sales Consultants to meet monthly and yearly sales target;
  • To take charge and ensure all Sales Galleries, Sales Offices and show units are maintained in a clean & presentable condition;
  • Continuously conduct market surveys on competitors, product trends and other projects and formulate appropriate strategies;
  • To prepare post-mortem analyst after every event or marketing programme;
  • To ensure high level of customer satisfaction is upheld at all times.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in property real estate or property development company.
  • Highly sales driven person.
  • Self-motivated, good in networking skills and team player.
  • Possess positive working attitude, aggressive and results-oriented.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Be rewarded with a fixed monthly basic salary plus an attractive commission scheme!
