POSITION CRITERIA
Responsibilities:-
- Perform daily support on maintenance, troubleshoot of Hardware, Software, System application, telephone system, CCTV, Email, Server, Printer and Network Infrastructure.
- Handle VPN access & Domain Server.
- Develop and maintain local networks in a way that optimize performance and security.
- Responsible for IT Security and Anti-Virus monitoring activities.
- Maintain Company official websites.
- Analyse existing systems and software supporting the organization’s operations, identifying gaps and improvements.
- Involve in system implementation and technical support of user with various levels of IT knowledge and competence.
- Keep track and resolve all user issues reported.
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology Hardware, Software and Licensing.
- Work closely with other Department/organization for onsite/offsite support.
Requirements:-
- Must possess at least a Degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Experience in Windows, Windows Server (active directory), Network Administrator, Support and Troubleshooting.
- Experience in enhancing organizational productivity through the use of Microsoft Office/Office365 application.
- Familiar with SQL Server, IT networking, Hardware and ERP system.
- Ability to operate independently, multi-tasking work, cope with challenging environment, proactive, good attitude.
- Possess good analytical, structuring and problem solving skills - especially in identifying issues, root cause, resolutions and recommendation.
- Excellent interpersonal relations skill and demonstrates ability to work effectively with others in a team.
- Good command of verbal & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
