Responsibilities:-

• To study and predict CPO price movement in market for short term;
• Hands-on management of physical trade flow and coordinate on contracts administration and execution;
• To do CPO monthly sales plans and to recommend to the Top Management for maximum profits accountable from the sales optimization;
• To organize the CPO sales tenders, keep track and update all contracts for administrative record and monitoring;
• To liaise with the Mill General Manager, Jetty Manager and Finance Manager; and to coordinate with the buyers for the sales and shipment related issues;
• To closely monitor on shipments.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing / International Trading or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required. Direct experience in the palm oil industry is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia and English. Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work in Kajang and travel to Indonesia when necessary.
