Executive – Corporate Communications (Location: HQ, Kajang)

POSITION CRITERIA

Responsibilities:-

  • To assist the Manager and interface with internal and external stakeholders for the successful implementation of programmes related to activities of the company.
  • To develop communication strategies and tools, implements, and deliver a wide range of informational, educational and promotional materials regarding activities of the company to internal external audiences.
  • To assist in preparations of activities committed by the management that value-added to the company's brand.
  • To conduct brand audit and report findings pertaining to cooperate branding guidelines adherence on all internal and external communications.
  • To monitor company news and publications (on both printed and digital platforms) on daily basis.
  • To update company website according to latest approved information changes.
  • To maintain or devise systems to ensure that company-related materials are distributed effectively as well as for filing documents and processes with clarity.
  • To attend to job-related events.
  • Additional duties will be given as and when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Corporate Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Advertising / Media, Law, Marketing or related studies.
  • Added advantage if been in related field or similar field with some copywriting experience.
  • Possess outgoing personality with good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
