Clerk – Site (2 years contract)

Responsibilities:-
  • Provide general office administration duties.
  • Maintenance of office equipment including replenish of office stationery, office cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Assist in correspondence and reports compilations.
  • Liaise with HQ on daily administrative matters.
  • Filing and keeping all administrative matters up to date.
Requirements:-
  • Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering
  • Those without tertiary education but with the relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year related working experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
